- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

- If your order is placed on a Friday, processing will begin on Monday.

International Shipping:

Order Alterations:

- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Confirmation:

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

- You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Requirement:

- All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely

KALORE assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages following delivery confirmation. We provide Route Shipping Protection as an option during checkout for enhanced security. This service safeguards against package loss, damage, or theft in transit. If you opt-in for Route Shipping Protection and encounter any challenges with your package, you can initiate a claim directly with Route. Please note that once we dispatch your products, the shipping courier assumes responsibility for their safe delivery. We do not have control over the courier's delivery methods. If you do not purchase shipping protection, you must address any issues related to lost, damaged, or stolen packages with the designated carrier.
