All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless the product you purchased is defective. If a product is faulty, we’d gladly exchange it for you. 

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, please get in touch with us at support@shopkalore.com with details of the product and the defect.

You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the defect.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective item for a replacement item.

  • All items must have their original tags intact, and bundle wraps unbroken. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the voiding of any exchange.
